Annual Trust Barometer Presentation and Panel Discussion

This year, SiOC, SPRA and Edelman Sacramento will present California-specific findings from the Edelman Trust Barometer, a 17-year worldwide trust and credibility survey exploring attitudes across business, government, nonprofit organizations and the media.

As populism plays a growing role in the political landscape, it is becoming a force that can’t be ignored. What drives today’s populist tendencies and what must business and government do to earn the license to lead and protect themselves?

PANELISTS

Trish Rodriguez, Senior Vice President/Area Manager, Kaiser Permanente and Metro Chamber Board Chair

Kim Nalder, Professor of Government at California State University, Sacramento and Founding Director of the Project for an Informed Electorate

Darrell Teat, President, The Nehemiah Companies

Kelly Huston, Deputy Director, California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services

Melanie Mason, Staff Writer, Los Angeles Times
